Kids BJJ with Ella
Kids BJJ basics taught by our junior coach Ella. Suitable for total beginners.
PROGRAM GOALS:
- Improve behavior and ability to follow instructions
- Improve ability to focus in a group setting
- Build confidence and communication skills
- Develop and improve body coordination and balance
- Introduce basic Jiu Jitsu positions and techniques
CLASS FORMAT:
10 minutes: Repeating the 3 sweeps (scissor | sit-up | butterfly) swap every 10 (alternating sides)
20 minutes: Learning the bellow techniques
20 minutes: Drilling the below techniques with mild resistance
10 minutes: Questions and Answers

- Shrimp Recover Guard
- Bridge & Roll
- O Soto Gari
- Double Leg
